Each plan runs this work every month, at the size the plan sets. Only Growth and Domination include brand mentions and digital PR.

• AI visibility tracking. We put the questions your buyers really ask to ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity, record who gets named, and report your share of voice against your competitors.Share of voice: out of every answer to your tracked questions, how often your name comes up compared with each competitor.
• Answer-first articles. Articles that open with the direct answer to a buyer’s question, written so AI assistants can quote them and Google can rank them.
• Brand mentions and digital PR. Mentions of your business on the sites AI models learn from and trust, so your name keeps turning up where the answers come from. On Growth (2 PR mentions a month) and Domination (a full PR campaign).
• High-authority links. Links from established, relevant sites that make your pages easier for Google and AI search to find and trust.
• Technical AI readiness. Schema on your pages, an llms.txt file and open access for AI crawlers, so assistants can read your site and get your facts right.Schema is structured data that labels facts like your name, services and prices for machines. llms.txt is a short file that points AI tools to your most useful pages.
• Your account manager. One named person who runs your plan, plus a strategy call every month (every two weeks on Domination) to go through the numbers and the next month’s work.

What each plan includes every month

A tracked question is one your buyers ask an AI assistant. Each one is put to the assistants every month and the answer is recorded.

• AI visibility audit. Where you stand today: which questions name you, which name your competitors, and why.
• Competitor AI teardown. What the businesses AI recommends instead of you are doing that you are not.
• 12-month AI search roadmap. The order we will do the work in, month by month, for the year ahead.

Onboarding starts within 48 hours of your order.

• Each month is paid in advance, in US dollars (USD).
• At launch we send an invoice by email for each month. Card checkout is not live yet and may be added later.
• There is no minimum term.
• You can cancel at any time by email. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further invoice is sent.

To order, choose your plan and send the order form. We confirm the order by email before the first invoice.

The guarantee applies on these conditions:

• The 90 days run from the day your plan starts.
• You give us the access and approvals the work needs, such as access to your website and sign-off on what we publish for you, when we ask for them.
• “Measurably improved” means more of your tracked questions name your business than did in the audit we run when you start.

No one controls what an AI assistant says. ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity each decide their own answers, and they change them without notice. We do the work that makes your business more likely to be named; we cannot promise that any assistant will name or recommend you.

We do not promise a ranking or position on Google, or in any other search engine.

Example charts and AI answers on this site use fictional businesses. They show how the work is tracked and reported; they are not results for a real client.

We do the work with reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for what AI assistants or search engines show, for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for lost profits or lost business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them.
