Who is responsible
Miracle Ventures Ltd, trading as Be The Brand AI Recommends, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. In data protection law, that makes us the “controller” of it: we decide what is collected and how it is used.

What we collect and why
When you order a plan
The order form asks for the plan you want, your first and last name, your email address, your website, your top competitors and your goals. We use them to confirm your order, send your invoices, set up your plan and do the work you pay for. The legal basis is the contract between us, and the steps you ask us to take before it starts.
When you send us a message
The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your website if you choose to give it, and your message. We use them to read your message and reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.
When you email us
We receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them to reply and, if you become a client, to run your plan.
When you visit the site
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Like any website, it receives the technical details your browser sends with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, uses them to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie to do that.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Orders and messages sent through the forms are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a storage service run by Cloudflare, and kept for 365 days.
If you become a client, we keep the records our accounts need, such as your orders and invoices, for longer: as long as UK law requires a company to keep its accounting records.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the orders and messages, and routes email sent to info@bethebrandairecommends.com to our team’s inbox. It handles your information only on our instructions.
- A payment provider, once card checkout is switched on, will receive the details needed to take your payment. This policy will name it before that happens. Until then, payment is by invoice.
Cloudflare runs servers around the world, so your information may be handled outside the UK, under the safeguards in Cloudflare’s data protection terms. We share nothing else unless the law requires us to.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR), you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- limit how we use it, or stop using it
- send it to you, or to another company, in a format you can reuse
If you are in the United States, you can ask us the same things, whichever state you live in: to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
To ask, email info@bethebrandairecommends.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, and we reply within one month, as UK law requires.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would like the chance to put it right first, so please contact the team before you do.
Changes
When this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. The terms for the plans themselves are in the terms of service.
